Future service fees

If any service fee is discussed outside the website, the fee, scope, cancellation terms and refund terms must be provided in writing before payment is requested.

No third-party refund guarantee

If a user separately works with a third-party venue or supplier, that third party's own terms may apply. Meetings Annual does not guarantee third-party refunds or availability.
